My automation work starts with years spent coordinating real schedules, quality checks, records, and people in manufacturing operations.

APR 2023 — PRESENT

Production Supervisor

  • Coordinate daily tasks and schedules for 4 production staff and 60 service contract providers.
  • Monitor KPIs and address output or quality gaps; maintain ISO records and product-quality checks.
  • Led plant and equipment commissioning and new-product development. These efforts contributed to annual production-rate increases of 5% to 10%.
  • Audits had zero major non-conformities; train new Production Engineers and resolve production and maintenance issues.

NOV 2021 — APR 2023

Production Engineer

  • Planned daily production schedules and supported production and maintenance troubleshooting.
  • Analyzed production data and implemented improvements that increased output consistency.

The 5–10% annual production-rate increase was contributed to during commissioning and new-product development; it is not presented as an individual or automation-only result.
